Privacy policy

We collect the details you enter in our forms (name, phone, suburb, email and notes) only to provide a quote and book your clean. We do not sell your information. We keep it only as long as needed to service your booking and meet legal obligations, and you can ask us to delete it by emailing hello@plainlyclean.com.au.

When you send a quote request, we pass it to our email provider and, if enabled, a messaging service so we can reply quickly. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which checks that a visitor is a person. If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and measure which pages lead to enquiries; these tools may use cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
